Not only are we a custom home builder, but we are a retailer for most of the materials that go into your home! We build on a cost-plus basis so what you pay for is exactly what you get. Instead of paying for retailer, wholesaler, and supplier markups on all the items that go into your house, you get to see our actual cost and only pay that cost + our basis giving you the best house for your money.
We have a sub-base that is second to none.
Alot of our Sub-contractors have been with us for decades and worked with us on several projects. This gives us a solid working relationship with all our subs to get things done with quickness and precision. Ensuring that each home is crafted effectively, timely, and with quality that you can admire for generations.

Putting these two together gives us the ability to control material orders, as we are ordering directly from the suppliers, material delivery, since they are coming to our warehouse directly, and lastly material installation with our top tier subcontractor relationship. With these things put together we are able to offer a superior building experience that is faster, cheaper, and higher quality!
Additionally, we have a selection of over one hundred different plans available as starting points for your home. That way if you come in and have no starting point we can get you moving along. Stone fireplaces, elaborate kitchens, tiled showers, vaulted great room ceilings, and more are all common staples of a Wolverine custom home. We take pride in making your dream home come to life
